A young asset management consultancy firm, foundded by a group of friends, offering counselling and guidance on real estate investments and strategic planning.

The office on Kungsgatan is a small office for the square meters, which was transformed into a cozy and personal workplace with a “home-feeling”.

On a small area we managed to create natural boundaries and an atmosphere that creates both focus and meeting areas. We transformed the space to a stylish and classic sober atmosphere, creating an intimate mood of warm tones, materiality and semitransparent textiles. With the modern art as a central role, lifted by the shaded soft coloured walls.

The company expands and grows out of their facilities, and once again they give CONTOUR STUDIO the reliance to create their new space.
