BRINGING BACK THE ESSENCE

A complete and extensive renovation of this beautiful villa, both inside and out, was undertaken with great care and attention to detail. Throughout various stages of the project, it has gradually taken its unique form, transforming from the basement up to the attic, and extending throughout the entire façade.

Over the years, the villa has undergone numerous renovations, which resulted in it significantly changing and losing much of its original character. The current owners aimed to create a warm and inviting cozy home for themselves to build a family while also restoring its historical charm.

Additionally, they sought to make the residence more sustainable by replacing the outdated windows with energy-efficient options. When we first started, the house presented itself in a completely different aesthetic appearance; it was a striking pink, and the original flooring, which had worn over time, displayed a deep yellow hue that hinted at its former glory.

Panels, lists, doors, and windows have all been updated. A custom hallway wardrobe reflects the original doors. The high ceiling is enhanced with a soft, tinted white that complements both the walls and ceilings. The trim and openings are painted in a contrasting bluish-grey.
